Nightly / Aurora: Don't auto-download updates when battery is low

Details
This won't affect a huge number of users, but perhaps we can turn off auto-downloading of nightly/aurora updates when a device's battery level is below a given threshold, say 15-20%.
It's a small detail, but it would be polite of us to respect that someone may not be in a situation to charge their device right away and that seeing a new Nightly may not be the way they want to spend part of what precious battery life they have left.
Thoughts?
