Following the update to v22, the bookmarks disappeared. The file in Profile is still there (60MB) but importing doesn't work. Doing a *complete* removal & re-downloading (having saved the Profile to USB memory stick)still had the same problem. Also, in the Home page, typing a search term in the box is OK, but clicking on the blue "Search" button does nothing. Changing the Home Page also doesn't work, and there are so many issues, I wonder if v22 is unstable.

Done that as part of the Solution2 - Create new places database. Didn't work. The file places.sqlite is 32KB There is another places.sqlite.corrupt also at 32KB and the re-named places.sqlite.old at 61,440KB The big one is, I assume, where the bookmarks are saved, but the newly-installed FF v22 cannot import them for some reason. Also, there are no add-ons - as far as I am aware, so the incpatability issue doesn't arise. Over to you!
