We'd like 5 VMs total (2 in PHX, 2 in SCL3 and 1 in EC2) to set up a Ceph cluster to test cross-DC storage.
OS: RHEL6-x86_64
CPUs: 2
RAM: 8GB
Disk: 36 GB total (9GB OS / 27GB data)
We already have the VMs, and I'd like to request an EC2 instance to complete the setup.
Not entierely sure how the networking works, but if it's possible, it would be great if that instance could have access (or be in) the webapp VLANs.

Gozer,
We're not currently setup/trained to work on EC2 instances in the "right way"™
Webops know this better than we do, redirecting :)

The project that this was an impetus for ended up deploying on NFS for expediency's sake.
