User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/27.0.1453.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce: 1. Launch browser app, and open a link including pdf page(I opened www.irs.gov site). 2. The download progress UI shows. Actual results: The download progress UI shows for a while, then disappears and returns to www.irs.gov site. No any pdf page information is notified. It seems download fail. Expected results: The pdf page should be opened to user.
