 We can't adjust brightness by manually.
 
 REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 Access Settings app.->Display->Brightness->Slide the "brightness bar",you find it can't be moved.->KO
 
 EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 It should be normal to adjust brightness by manually.->OK
