Hasn't taken a job since (at least) when bug 1072405 moved it (and since it doesn't appear in slave health at all, possibly for a long time before that).

Panda was added to the proper foopy and is now taking jobs.

Almost certainly has whatever is making all the other bug 1072405 slaves fail every other job by failing to powercycle, though it's hard to tell since out of seven jobs so far, it's set retry on five. Disabled in slavealloc.
