Steps to reproduce:
Add a new filter. In the popup window, if you make it wider, the textareas and buttons will expand and slide. If you shrink it, they will stay large, and be obscured.
Actual results:
Inputs stayed too large
Expected results:
They should have shrank
The items will shrink as soon as you click any of the dropdown menus.
This is a known problem, but I am not sure it is already filed. So I'll confirm until the dupe is found.
