901349 - Notification message for OTA contain <span> visible

When I run the OTA, it displays in the notification bar a message that looks like

"Downloading update: <span>42MB downloaded</span>"

And then

"Uncompressing update... <span>this may take a few minutes</span>"


This is GP Keon nightly 20130802024227

I would post a screenshot but I'm blocked by bug 900942

Looks like the regression came from bug 892031.
Kaze can you give a quick r? on the fix?
(tested it on my phone)

Might be an l10n regression but I strongly recommend opening a new bug since this one is more than a year old :)
