Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch the app that can rotate the screen (e.g. browser app).
2. Turn the device by 90° clockwise(landscape-primary).
3.Turn the device up-side-down (from portrait-primary to landscape-secondary
 directly).



Actual results:

The screen will rotate 180 degree.


Expected results:

It will delay for a while.

If you touch the screen during the delay, it will rotate immediately.
And there is no problem with rotate 90 degree.

Yes, we have discussed this issue in the email, but it's not resolved in the latest build.So I submitted this bug.It's duplicate of 796722.
