Can't delete a component

Details
When I try to delete a component, I get the following CGI error:

Software error:
Can't locate object method "query" via package "DBI::db" at
/home/httpd/html/bugz/editcomponents.cgi line 611.
For help, please send mail to the webmaster (root@localhost), giving this error
message and the time and date of the error.

Tried looking at the code, and I don't see anything obvious. Any help
appreciated. Thanks...

That's because the 'query' method doesn't exist in DBD anymore. Take a look at
the patch on bug 71396. I think it should apply clean to a 2.12 install, but
I'm not sure (it's a fairly simple patch).
