WebGL reftests are different from normal reftests in that they are heavily dependent on the hardware the slave is running. If a machine can't support WebGL, it simply won't be able to run the tests. For instance, we can't use WebGL on our Android 2.2 'ARMv6' slaves. Instead of having this leak into the rules in reftest.list, we should just suspend the testing of WebGL reftests on these slaves. (ARMv6 should run WebGL fine, in general)
