We've needed to rebuild 17.0.8esr for a code change, after it became visible to the CDNs. Please purge the path /pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/17.0.8esr/ from all the CDNs.
Request sent to Akamai, Highwinds, and Edgecast. May take a few hours to completely purge... although lately it's been pretty fast.
