Relabs is the sandbox VLAN, so this flow will be temporary and there's no need to limit to a particular host. The prod flow will be from a host or two in srv.releng.scl3. The Z end should be dev-rw-vip.db.scl3.mozilla.com:tcp/3306 - not the IP given in comment 0.

Amy, this was a really broad flow, and isn't in use since Casper was never finished. Can we revert this and plan to build a more specific flow if/when we work on casper again?
