90179 - Active Accessibility: Tracking bug for completion of MSAA select widget support

This bug is tracking the progress of the implementation of the MSAA support for
select widgets -- Comboboxes and Listboxes.

There are currently ( 7/10 ) 3 issues outstanding:

1) GetValue() returns the top value of the select, not the selected value.
2) ListBoxes are not properly supported through the current select support
3) get_AccSelection is not implemented.

There is another issue with event support. Currently we fire a selection event
to notify MSAA that a selection has been made. But we don't fire select_within,
select_add or select_remove events.  These events are not handled by the vendors
to which we are attaching, however in the long term it would be nice to have
them implemented.

Doesn't look like this is getting fixed before the freeze tomorrow night (it's
just a tracking bug).  Pushing out a milestone.  Please correct if I'm mistaken.
