Steps to reproduce:

Uninstall some app  prefabricate by mozilla which Mobile phone operators do not order.


Actual results:

Can not be uninstall.


Expected results:

The prefabricate app which Mobile phone operators ordered should not be uninstalled but others should be.

I only know a way: by customization. https://wiki.mozilla.org/B2G/MarketCustomizations
In homescreens.json, use 'external-apps' to represent the app is uninstallable.
