Steps to reproduce:

Writing one or more (tested with three) new mail and wait until they are autosaved as drafts. (Shown like unreaded messages in the Inbox).


Actual results:

If during writing that mails, a new mail drops in, the "new mail notification" shows this new mail but also all drafts, I actually have opened in the composing window.


Expected results:

Only the new incoming mail should be shown in the "new mail notification" window.

Like bug #661239 from 2011, I think, this could be a similar problem.
Please note, that I manually changed the Drafts folder to another one (in a german language version), so it isn't the default "drafts" folder of IMAP.
Severity: normal → minor
Dup of Bug 676249, or dup of any of bug 673400, bug 687140, bug 809513 which you like.
This bug is really a duplicate. Didn't find it before opening my own.
