Steps to reproduce:

Go to http://espn.go.com/nfl/team/_/name/gb/green-bay-packers


Actual results:

Flash video advertisements automatically play them.


Expected results:

With previous Firefox (up to 22.0), click_to_play was honored.  No flash videos automatically played, especially advertisement.
