Vagrant automatically generates 15 days of fakedata for postgres - while the actual generation is quick, bulk-loading it into postgres is not, especially in a VM on a busy server (like the mozilla jenkins build box)

3 seems like a better default - it's enough to see some movement in the graphs and get every screen in the webapp to show something useful.
