In https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/commit/4b4dcc0d3b07d651f3485ddc7d1b4830d1060921#L0R13 we are emailing devs with public paid apps about new regions which are newly added. We should expand that group to include devs of paid apps which are awaiting review.

Krupa: I added more statuses (STATUS_UNREVIEWED, STATUS_PENDING, STATUS_NOMINATED, STATUS_PURGATORY, STATUS_PUBLIC, STATUS_PUBLIC_WAITING), let me know if it makes sense https://github.com/mozilla/zamboni/pull/971
I think we need to include incomplete and disabled apps too.
Krupa: I finally excluded disabled, deleted and rejected statuses only. Let me know if it's fine.
