When user receives a missed call on the device and goes to the dialer call log for the first time, the missed call entry is not highlighted in red. 

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130806071254
2) Receive a missed call on the device
3) Open the dialer call log 
4) Observe the missed call entry

Actual:
The missed call entry is not highlighted in red

Expected:
The missed call entry (the time stamp and a missed call icon) are highlighted in red, so user can distinguish the missed calls from the other calls in the call log.

Additional detail, when the "Dialer" app is opened or on the background then the missed call will be highlined with black, but if the "Dialer" app is completely closed, then missed call will be highlined with red
