In Turkish, the Geolocation page in FTE is not localized
Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130805071207
2) Go through the FTE process
3) Navigate to Geolocation
Actual:
The Geolocation page isn't localized but appears in English
Expected:
The Geolocation page is localized
