Steps to reproduce:

1 Lock screen
2 Show the buttons area (camera and unlock)



Actual results:

you can press a non button area and trigger the button action

Expected results:

just if you press the circle area button the event must be trigger

This became a problem when your pockets unlock the device or launch the camera and drain the battery

Please find attached a link to the github pull request https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/gaia/pull/12910. I chose to keep the toFixed(1) call and thus add another parseFloat() after this, to make sure that we have a:
 - rounded to one digit
 - Number type
