I see this on B2G master.
Jeff, it may be worth apply the patch from bug 900742 and seeing if this fixes this problem.
I confirm this issue on Peak.
No longer blocks: GFXB2G1.2

Between builds 08/02 and 08/05 seems to be the regression window. On build 08/05 I am not seeing the blackscreen issue, but I am seeing the website "Snapping" back up to the top of the page when scrolling down.
