Description

When using the write method in manifestparser's TestManifest class, it will be convenient to be able to write out sections that reflect an absolute path to a test file, instead of a local path. This will make it possible to write out a manifest of e.g. xpcshell tests to run a subset of tests from various directories from a single manifest, without writing a manifest to each directory with a master manifest to include child manifests.

There could also be a method `def absolute()` that e.g. returned a ManifestParser object but with absolute paths.
