Device automatically shuts off when battery reaches 2 percent when it should only do so when it reaches zero percent.

Repro Steps:
1) Have device reach 2 percent battery power

Actual:
Less than 10 seconds later, device shuts off

Expected:
Device remains on until battery level reaches zero percent.

Notes:
Optional extra notes: When device restart attempt after device shutdown at 2 percent, LG screen appears briefly then disappears. Firefox logo never appears. This was attempted twice with the same result.

When device was attached to a USB to charge battery after device shutdown at 2 percent, LG screen appears, then disappears, and Firefox logo appears. Within the Settings App, Battery showed 1 percent and charging.

Followed STR from Comment 0 on Commercial Build and reproduced same result of device turn off at 2 percent.

However the time for device turn off lasted closer to 1 minute on Com after reaching 2 percent mark.

Unlike the near 10 seconds on Moz for device turn off after reaching 2 percent mark.

See https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=852361#c54 that explains why this should be tracked separately. The underlying core issue is fixed, but the UI might not always be telling the correct issue. Let's track this as a followup.

This in itself isn't a blocker because the core issue was resolved internally, even though the UX isn't always right.
