After you add a enough filter terms, so that the window needs to scroll the
bottom entry becomes unusable. The combo boxes are empty.

Also the components dont scale properly when the window is resized.

Try a newer build. We have fixed a bunch of problems that you will immediately
notice.

It's not invalid, but rather a duplicate of bug 40480 which has been fixed on
the branch builds, but not yet on trunk builds. 

Duplicate of bug 40480. I won't reopen it to mark it resolved/duplicate, I'm
just marking it verified now in its current state.
