Please also grant loaner rights to send smtp to its pdu:

pdu7.df202-2.build.mtv1.mozilla.com

(the tegra is on AB10)

[for posterity I am not going to be giving out the PDU web access info, just allowing our tegra scripts to work with a PDU reboot if needed]
