Description:
The brightness slider bar in the Display section of the Settings is unresponsive to user input.

Repro Steps:
1) Update Unagi to Build ID: 20130808040203
2) Select Settings then Display.
3) Uncheck the Adjust Automatically checkbox.
4) Attempt to move the slider bar tab.

Actual:
The slider bar tab does not move.

Expected:
The slider bar tab responds to drags and bar taps.

The slider cannot be moved because the default step value is 1. Add a smaller default value. Evelyn, could you review this one line change? Thanks!

Nominate for koi+ since users are not able to adjust brightness.

This issue is no longer occurs on Unagi v1.2.0

Brightness adjustment slider is now functional and works as expected
