Steps to reproduce:

1.Save a ussd, such as *100# in contacts with its name "AAA"
2.Click "AAA" in contacts and call out.



Actual results:

1.*100# call out as a normal call.


Expected results:

1..*100# should be send as a ussd.

This seems to be a requirement. Mozilla build is not yet implemented this feature.
I temporary marked it as "NEW".
Please evaluate whether we can implement this.
