90327 - Installed deleted all files in /usr/bin

I previously installed mozilla in /usr/bin.  When I tried to install the latest
nightly, the installer reported that it had discovered a previous version of
mozilla and asked if I wanted to delete it.  I answered yes and, after
installation was complete, the only thing in /usr/bin was the new mozilla files
and directories.  Apparently the installer removed everything from /usr/bin
because mozilla was installed there.

Reproducible: Didn't try
Steps to Reproduce:
I needed to reinstall Linux after this happened.  I'm not likely to try it again.

Install mozilla 0.9.2 in /usr/bin.  Begin installation of 7/10/01 nightly,
specifying /usr/bin as the installation directory.  When asked if you wish to
delete the earlier version, say yes.

Actual Results:  /usr/bin was clean of all non-mozilla files.

Expected Results:  It should have deleted only the files it (presumably) knows
about.
