try to save http://www.gazeta.ru/ ( actually i wanted to save an article page, then tested main page ) and save as dialog does not appear. addons installed: - Adblock Plus 2.3.2 - Element Hiding Helper для Adblock Plus 1.2.3 - Extension List Dumper 1.15.2 - HttpFox 0.8.12 - Last tab close button 0.3.7 - Link Status Redux 2.3 - NoScript 2.6.7 - QuickJava 1.8.0 - Wiktionary and Google Translate 6.3.1 in other profile where addons are only httpfox and quickjava, saving works.
Try disabling your add-ons one by one and try to identify which one causes the bug. Once you've done that, please contact the add-on developers about it. We don't track bugs in add-ons on Bugzilla.

disabling all addons together does not help

i have managed to copy my configuration files to new profile and get it working, after several attempts.
