903487 - Create UI/UX to give users two options for saving makes: "draft" or "publish"

One thing that I and others using the MakeAPI have mentioned a lot lately is that we'd love to be able to know whether a make is *finished* or *still in draft form* for its user.

Wondering if it'd be a big job to give makers more functionality with saving, in the tradition of Wordpress, so that a maker has two options for saving instead of the current "Save" button on top-right nav. The options could be:
* "Save as Draft"
* "Publish"

Meaning that the "Publish" makes could appear differently in the back-end for those of us searching them on the MakeAPI. this would allow us to weed out the many unfinished makes currently on there when searching for new material to share.

Just a thought, would make editorial job a lot easier but not sure if it's too complex to do from a dev perspective!

Hi Kat,
Yeah this has a lot of different UI implications we need to work out, and certainly a lot of backend ones as well. Initial thoughts from Cade on IRC:

"We have to define what "draft" means, and where it's indicated. i.e. app doesn't publish to makeAPI, or build it into MakeAPI
11:29 though, because our my makes bit uses the makeapi
11:29 it'll have to be built into it"

In the meantime, have changed this title to be more focused on the UX/UI, which I can handle for now.
