0) Sync fig
1) Open fennec
2) Click on the "Desktop Bookmarks" or equivalent folder

Expected: Goes down one level
Actual: Sometimes does, sometimes doesn't - seems like a bad hit target. Sometimes, you might have to go up a level and try to go back down for this to occur.

Probably related, sometimes if you try to scroll by touching the bookmarks list, the page does not scroll. Scrolling by touching the top sites thumbnails seems to work consistently.

Also, the up one level button should be larger (or the whole row) as it's very difficult to both see and use right now.

There are UX issues too:
* The page may scroll when the bookmarks are replaced when you go down a level which is startling
* It's hard to tell when you go in a folder (nevermind the confusion on why your bookmarks not in this folder disappear) - perhaps entries inside a folder should be indented?

Feel free to open more bugs for the multiple issues above, but they seem like they may be related enough to be fixed in one reasonable patch here.
