Steps to reproduce:

Download a file in private browsing mode


Actual results:

Downloadprogress is shown in the windows task bar but not in the downloadmanager. The downloadmanager is empty but the download is in progress.


Expected results:

The current downloads should be displayed in the download manager.
Maybe this should be configurable, because of privacy.
