90377 - Print fails to print all pages

When printing from Mozilla to a postscript printer, Mozilla appears to ignore
the pagesize settings.  Mozilla appears to attempt to print the entire HTML
document on 1 page.  Therefore, I only get 1 piece of paper out of the printer.
 The documents are "cutoff" on the right and bottom. Viewing the PS output with
ggv shows the complete document, but It's too big for one page.  Therefore, my
printer won't print it.

Please inform if this is "MY" problem. (suggest a fix?)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Print a long HTML page

Actual Results:  I NEVER get more than ONE page out of Mozilla.

Expected Results:  Multiple Pages

Output going to APSFILTER ---> then ---> Ghostscript 6.5
