User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:23.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/23.0 (Beta/Release)
Build ID: 20130730113002

Steps to reproduce:

Open the Calendar app or the Email app

Actual results:

The drawer button tab thing looks ugly and isn't long enough to even show the icon. It looks normal with the back button but it's still ugly. This occurs in any app that uses the shared assets and shared css.

Expected results:

The icon should have a padding, just like the facebook app for android has for it's drawer on the side. Here's the inactive picture http://cdn.thenextweb.com/wp-content/blogs.dir/1/files/2012/12/3_timeline_phone.png and the active picture http://i.stack.imgur.com/eKq7J.jpg
Attached patch headers.cssSplinter Review
Fixed the "bug" in shared headers.css file.
Observed as of Dec. 16 in 1.3 build, though we may have a new issue as compared to this originally. The drawer icon in the header should be dark orange and use the new icon (which isn't as wide).
