Similar to bug 860833
steps to reproduce:
1. Have region set to United States
2. Start the purchase of a paid app on marketplace-stage
3. Enter PIN
4. In the credit card screen, click on the credit card to bring up the keyboard
expected behavior:
No overlap issues
observed behavior:
With the keyboard up, there are some overlap issues on the credit card screen
