Change default highlight/select for addons door hanger from "Install Now" to cancel

Details

The basic security principle is that we should default to the safest choice and the safest choice is normally to cancel when installing a file. The current door hanger for addons defaults to "Install Now" while this is not default until after 5 sec, we should persist for cancel to better protect users.
