Requested from Gregory.

We should add GA event tracking for the vote button. I would review how we did the PDF download in bug 853687. Implementation is probably similar.

In addition to just vote stats Gregory was interested in:

"it would be good to add GA tags so we start collecting this. If we do this, another thing that might be insightful is to check how many people made it through the persona sign in to complete their votes. In other words, the attrition rate for votes"

This one is more complicated.. not sure if possible.

Confirmed with garethc that the tracking on Flicks-dev is working as expected.
