9044 - Messenger crashing on open

Using the 1999062909 build , it has also coccured since last fridays build.

Whenever I open messenger apprunner will crash with:

APPRUNNER caused an invalid page fault in
module MSGLOCAL.DLL at 0177:03bd71fe.

No accounts. I'll try to migrate 4.x prefs..

I have already migrated the prefrences before starting apprunner so it should
not be trying to migreate them at all, but it is. This happenes every time.
