 DEFECT DESCRIPTION: There is not sound alert of new SMS while doing a call.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR: The new message should be indicated with a short "beep" sound to make the user look at the screen.
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1. Make a voice call with the DuT to any valid number and keep it active.
 2. Send a short message to the DuT.
 3. Verify if the alert sound is reproduced when the short message arrives during the voice call, you will noticed there is not sound alert (KO)

When the user is on a call and receives an SMS during the active call, there is no sound alert to the user about the SMS received. 

This issue repros on Unagi v1.0.1

I believe this is as designed.  Either way, not blocking.

This behavior is under design of Audio Competing Policy now.
If apps just fired a notification and alarm tone, the audio will be blocked due to the telephony channel there.

The Bug 871467 raised a proposal to solve such kind of issues on a more general way.
If there is no any other solution right now, I set this issue to depend on Bug 871467. 
So Bug 871467 can get support from this one's back.

I would be comfortable going with a WONTFIX for this.
