If you are only interested in a feature landing in a product or a bug having been fixed, the only bugmail interesting is the one where the status gets changed to resolved. Managing the bugmail would be easier if I can just tell Bugzilla to only send me a mail when the bug gets resolved. People have abused e.g. the vote system on bugzilla.mozilla.org for that reason, but because new users still trust in the vote system, it gets more and more disabled.

This email pref already exists: "The bug is resolved or reopened" (3rd line of your email prefs)

Usually, my role can only be CCed on the bug, that means I can generally configure the email preferences to either only get bugmails when the bug gets resolved or reopened, or get bugmails while evaluation, development, etc. are in progress (e.g. bug comments). I can't bother needs.
