We currently have a cron job running on landfill which mirrors selected branches from our bzr repository into CVS. This is a legacy process which will be dying off within the next year as the remaining branches reach end-of-life, however those cron jobs are currently running in a user account that belongs to someone who is no longer with the project.
I'd like to create a role account for this cron job to use to commit to CVS which will (besides getting it off a specific user's account) make the source of the commit obvious (that it's mirrored from bzr rather than a commit actually by this individual).
For purposes of contributor agreement, by this posting on this bug I am hereby taking responsibility for anything committed with this account; that is: commits by it would fall under the contributor agreement of the original committer in bzr, but anything committed by it not corresponding to a bzr commit (which should never actually happen) would fall under my contributor agreement.

The obligatory output of the account creation script:
Your CVS account has been created. Your CVSROOT should be:
bzrmirror%bugzilla.org@cvs.mozilla.org:/cvsroot
Don't forget to set your CVS_RSH environment variable to 'ssh'.
If you have any problems connecting, let me know.
