We need to upgrade to MySQL 5.6 on:

stage1.db.scl3
stage2.db.scl3

stage is on backup3, and will need to be moved.
stage2 is backed up. stage backups have been moved to backup5 in puppet.
stage1 is upgraded, and back as the master. The backups are working on backup5.
