Description:
Create a Passcode is truncated
Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID: 20130710070204
2) Go to Settings.
3) Select Phone lock.
4) Turn on Passcode Lock.
Actual:
Create a Passcode is truncated.
Expected:
Passcode lock and Create a Passcode should not be truncated.
