When user accesses SIM Security PIN page, the left side of the screen is not visible making user entry difficult.

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Unagi to Build ID: 20130813040222
2) Tap Settings App
3) Tap SIM security
4) Slide SIM PIN to enabled

Actual:
Done button appears in upper left corner with only the letter e from the word "Done" appearing. White screen appears above numeric keypad. Field for entry of SIM PIN is not visible

Expected:
Enter SIM PIN with Done field shows in header
SIM PIN entry field shows beneath header
White background area shows above numeric keypad
