Description:
The notification text for captured screenshot appears truncated on notification screen when the user sets the language to Serbian latin

Repro Steps:
1) Updated Leo to Build ID: 20130813041202
2) Flash the Device to latest build.
3) Go through the setup process and set the language to Serbian Latin
4) Capture a screenshot (pressing power + home on the device)
5) Slide down the notifications screen to see screenshot notification test is truncated


Actual:
The captured screenshot notification text appears truncated on the notification screen 

Expected:
The captured screenshot notification text does not appear truncated
