After discussion with Grace and consultation with the community, here is what we will split the localization effort:

* de, el: 
Owns localization work with the exception of audio recording and audio/video mixing.  Scope of work are as follows though not limited to: 
- localization of the "web" content - see the attached file - ~ 4000+ words.  Work due by Aug 31.
- localization of the "video" audio script - ~ 700 words. Work due by Aug 31.
- review and correction of website once the content is being staged
- review of audio tracks with localized script
- review of mixing of video clips with localized audio
- review of the final website for your language and final signoff prior to product launch.


* hu, pt-BR, sr:
Partial involvement, focusing on reviews the work done by localization agency.  Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- review(s) and correction of web content - format will be like the attached. You can make changes directly in the table.
- review(s) of audio script
- review(s) of audio recording
- review(s) of video/audio mixing
- review(s) of web content staging
- final signoff of the website.  

Sites may go live as early as first week of October.

For locales outsourced to the localization vendor, community will provide as much guideline/language specific info as possible.

Per discussion with "hu" team, the team will join "de" and "el" take on the overall localization tasks and rely on the vendors to focus on video/audio mixing and staging.

adding cs and hr requests to the queue.  Per discussions - 

1). hr (Croatia) will handle initial localization within the community
2). cs (Czech) has chosen to rely on the localization vendor to do the work.
