904898 - Need Duration Widget in Event Requester and Dashboard Event Initiator

We need to be able to specify the duration of events that run longer than one hour.

Default duration should be one hour, but it would be good to be able to extend them in 1/2 hour increments.

This should be used to calculate the value of DTEND in the calendar feeds.

This goes on the suggestion/request details page too. 

Make it a dropdown with:
* half hour
* hour (default)
* hour and a half
* two hours
