Address bar string and one of the awesome bar tab string is truncated

Prereq: Set language to Serbian-Latin on the device

Repro Steps:
1) Updated to Leo Build ID:20130813041202
2) Open the Browser App 
3) Tap on the Address bar to see the tabs on the awesomebar

Actual:
Address bar strings and the awesome bar tab (Top sites) string is truncated

Expected:
Strings are not truncated
